Art therapy

When people ask me how to choose a therapist, the first thing that comes to mind is always "make sure he or she has their own therapist". To me, this is a legitimate question in an initial interview. Without going into detail at all, the person can answer you simply by saying "yes of course". If they say no, or worse, if they say they "don't need it", it might be a good idea to reconsider your involvement with that therapist.

Personally, I've been working with various people for 25 years, initially to "fix my problems", and now because I know how vital it is to resonate with another (neutral) person around one's being and life process. 🎨 I have been doing evolutive art therapy with @nadege_arttherapeute_holisitiq for 3 years now, and it has been a fabulously rich exchange. I particularly like this technique because it is proactive, concrete and allows for a powerful dialogue with the subconscious and the body. In a way it reminds me of constellations, with the added value of creativity. What I like is the double mirror effect: the one in the drawing and the one in the therapist. Thanks to this practice, I have been able to make real progress on the way I am embodied and relate to others.

If you want to strengthen your capacity for self-expression while shifting deep-seated blockages, I highly recommend it! Actually, Nadège speaks English and does online sessions too 😉
