Thread therapy
Textile creation is an extraordinarily powerful tool for anchoring new images in our subconscious and our lives. Thread speaks of bonding, knots, connections... a whole glossary of relating that allows us to work on our relationship to others, family, ourselves... It also connects us directly to our ancestral and spiritual resources, that are invaluable supports for our healing process.
In this process, I offer to work on a specific theme - obstacle or resource - and to reconnect you to your personal power through thread and creativity. This process is both practical (learning gestures, technical advice) and therapeutic (exploration of the problem, work on your personal symbolism, connection to the ancestors, etc.). It takes place over variable length of time, depending on your desires and needs, with sometimes several months between sessions.
This work is for you if you want a global and creative approach, if you want to ground yourself in your strengths, or if you want to deepen your knowledge of your cosmology and your ancestral resources. In all cases, a desire for introspection is advised ;)
